Stir Fried Tempeh and Vegetables

This dish is a fast way to get what I am looking for when I am too busy to think about a new recipe, but am hungry for something healthy, delicious and quick! I hope you like it!
For even more protein, you can add this mixture to quinoa or add adzuki beans. Both of these are packed full of protein and are delicious.

1 package soy tempeh
Bragg's amino acids
1/2 red onion sliced
1/2 red pepper sliced
2 handfuls spinach
feta cheese
sesame oil
olive oil
freshly ground pepper

slice open your package of tempeh and cut into cubes
add enough oil (half sesame/half olive) to coat the pan and heat on medium
add the tempeh to the pan and brown the tempeh on both sides
when the tempeh begins to brown, add the red onion
while the tempeh, onions & peppers are cooking, cut the spinach into ribbons by stacking the leaves, rolling and slicing
add about 2 tablespoons of Bragg's to the pan, stirring
when the onions are translucent, add the spinach
add the freshly ground pepper, more Bragg's as needed (this is your salt substitute)
when the tempeh reaches your desired color, remove from heat, plate and top with feta cheese
