Greek Yogurt with Berries & Nuts

This is such a filling breakfast or snack. The possibilities are endless for this simple dish. My current favorite combination is berries and a trail mix that I found in the bulk section at The Turnip Truck, called "Hit The Trail". It is packed full of raisins, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, almonds, cashews & peanuts. Truth be told, I wish that the peanuts were omitted, as they are susceptible to mold and fungus. Keep this in mind when your purchasing nut butters, it is always a better choice to go with almond or cashew butter.
This dish is also fantastic with Udi's original granola, also found at The Turnip Truck and is Wheat & Gluten free!

1 large scoop of full fat Greek yogurt
1 handful raspberries
1 handful blueberries
1 handful "hit the trail" mix

scoop your yogurt into the bowl
add the berries and trail mix
voila! enjoy!
